Job Title: Enterprise Sales Executive
Reports to: Director of Enterprise Consulting

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to manage our account portfolio, grow new business, and mentor our jr. sales team. For this role, strong communication skills and a customer service attitude are essential. You should be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals. Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
  • Identify potential customers and set approach strategies
  • Develop strong and long-term client relationships
  • Act as the liaison between clients and our internal departments
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Support internal departments and clients with new features and product launches
  • Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement
Education, Requirements, & Details
Education & Requirements: 
  • Proven work experience and a strong track record in Sales
  • Experience in Cosmeceutical, Nutraceutical, or Pet Food industry preferred
  • 7+ years of Sales Experience and managing mil+ dollar revenue accounts
  • Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

Reports to: CEO

Job Summary:

We are on the hunt for a certified and experienced Corporate Trainer to help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal as the Corporate Trainer will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
  • Schedule appropriate training sessions.
  • Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
  • Supervise training budgets.
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
  • Train and guide new employees.
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, finance or related field.
  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
